As a **Quality Control Assistant**, you will support the assurance of **Food Quality and Safety**, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, internal procedures and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. You will perform **raw material sampling and analysis**, record results in the system, assist in preparing reports and organizing area records, contributing to process and decision reliability. This role requires a preventive mindset, proper use of PPE, equipment care, and proactive communication of deviations and improvement opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, review and maintain Risk Matrices for agricultural and operational activities, ensuring compliance with Brazilian Labor Regulations (NRs), regional guidelines and corporate policies. * Record, analyze and investigate accidents and near-misses, ensuring implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Plan, monitor and ensure closure of pre- and post-safety audit action plans, including participation in committees and forums. * Promote safety culture through training, campaigns and technical guidance, engaging internal teams, producers and partners. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed technical education in Agronomy, Chemistry, Food Science or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Experience in physical-chemical laboratory analyses. * Active registration with professional regulatory council (CRQ, CRBio, CREA or equivalent). * Availability to work rotating shifts (6x1, 6x2, 6x3). *McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
