Job Summary: A sales and customer service professional responsible for selling products, providing support and clarifications, and managing store-related tasks, including inventory and cash handling. Being part of a team that provides tools and support Sell store products and serve customers through assisted sales, accompanying and observing customers during merchandise selection, offering assistance if difficulties are observed, providing product support and clarifications, handling cash transactions, promoting general sale items, and addressing customer inquiries. * Customer service and sales, adhering to AutoZone standards; * Inspect and maintain internal and external store conditions; * Ensure inventory is fully stocked, clean, and organized; * Update and organize display items; * Maintain appropriate inventory control to drive sales and uphold store appearance; * Ensure proper sales and pricing processes and documentation, and conduct physical inventories. * High school diploma or equivalent; * Availability to work weekends and holidays; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (desirable); * Automotive industry knowledge (desirable).
