The professional will be responsible for managing all aspects of the pharmacy—from people and process management to goal attainment and customer satisfaction—always in compliance with current regulations. If you are passionate about management, results, and the pharmaceutical sector, join our team! #### **Main responsibilities:** * Manage and develop the pharmacy team, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and feedback. * Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability, and unit performance indicators. * Control product inventory, including ordering, receiving, storage, and expiry date monitoring. * Ensure excellence in customer service by fostering a welcoming and efficient environment. * Monitor and ensure compliance with sanitary, regulatory (ANVISA, CRF), and internal company policies. * Optimize pharmacy operational processes to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement. * Analyze sales and performance reports, proposing action plans to boost results. * Manage cash flow, expenses, and inventory of the unit. * Promote a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment. * Resolve potential issues and conflicts, ensuring harmony and smooth pharmacy operations. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Proven experience in pharmacy/pharmacy management. * Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related fields). * Solid knowledge of sanitary and pharmaceutical legislation. * Proficiency in team management and leadership. * Results-oriented mindset and strong customer service orientation. * Computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). #### **Desirable qualifications (advantage):** * Postgraduate degree in management or related areas. * Familiarity with pharmacy management systems. * Experience in category management and pricing. #### **Benefits:** * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Health plan; * Dental plan; * On-site meals; * Bonus for achieving goals; * Trainee program; * Partnerships with affiliated companies; * Product discounts.
