Document control and compliance with standards and legislation **Date:** Jan. 29, 2026 **Location:** UBERABA, MG, BR **Company:** Grupo Petropolís **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide administrative support for processes related to maintenance and control of the transportation fleet, performing operational checklists, billing, and using the ATS system to record truck drivers' work shifts. * Generate procurement via SAP system, purchase tolls, dispatch vehicles for loading and unloading with all valid documentation in accordance with internal procedures and regulations, contributing to optimal fleet operation in compliance with internal standards and applicable legislation. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education. * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Processes, or related fields is a plus. * ERP system knowledge – desirable. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
