Join us in driving this transformation! **Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro, RJ (Iguá Rio de Janeiro S.A). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Development and monitoring of physical-financial schedules; * Analysis of performance indicators (KPIs for schedule, cost, and quality); * Cost control, measurement, and construction budgeting; * Forecasting and projection of costs and timelines based on actual construction data; * Change management and impact analysis on schedule and budget; * Identification and management of risks that may affect schedule and budget. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Sanitary, Environmental, or Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in construction planning and control; * Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel; * Experience working with MS Project. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience in sanitation construction projects; * Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools—dashboards and data visualization; * Management reporting and performance dashboards; * SAP.
