Job Summary: Will serve as backup for the finance department, supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing functions, including data entry, document verification, and bank reconciliations. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing. 2. Opportunity to manage and organize cash flow. 3. Support in preparing management reports and monthly financial closing. Will serve as backup for the finance department, supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing. Record and track invoices, bank slips, and other financial obligations in the system; Verify financial documents (invoices, contracts, purchase orders) prior to payment; Schedule payments according to company deadlines and cash flow; Execute payments via internet banking (TED, PIX, bank slips, etc.); Manage and organize accounts payable workflow; Perform bank reconciliations related to payments; Monitor due dates to prevent delays or penalties; Communicate with suppliers regarding payments, deadlines, and discrepancies; Assist in monthly financial closing; Archive and organize financial documents; Support preparation of management reports. Cash closing verification; Customer billing issuance and collection follow-up; Requirements: Completed high school education (preferably pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields); Prior experience in finance, especially in accounts payable, is a plus; Intermediate Excel skills; Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus; Experience in fuel stations or glass manufacturing industry is a plus.
