**Senior HR Analyst** We are looking for someone to join our HR team and work strategically and closely with people. If you have a generalist profile, enjoy working with people, and want to contribute to building a strong organizational culture, this position is for you. **Your responsibilities:** * Lead end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes, from screening through to hiring * Develop internal policies * Compensation analysis * Onboarding * Internal marketing * Support training and development initiatives by identifying needs and structuring capacity-building programs * Design and implement climate, engagement, and active listening surveys, transforming data into concrete action plans * Serve as a key point of contact for leaders and employees in day-to-day HR matters **What we expect from you:** * Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields * Solid experience as a generalist HR professional * Strong communication skills, active listening ability, and capability to operate across both operational and strategic levels * Collaborative, organized, and proactive mindset Employment type: Full-time CLT contract Salary: R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
