Focus on talent retention and team development **HR ASSISTANT / ANALYST** Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:50 PM Salary: To be negotiated (between R$ 2\.700,00 and R$ 4\.000,00\) Benefits: VT with no 6% deduction or fuel voucher, bonus of R$ 370.00, dental plan, unlimited snacks. Education: Completed High School Desirable: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related fields. **Prior experience in this role is required.** Responsibilities: \- Personnel Department: manage timekeeping records, provide information to external accounting, conduct reconciliations, and explain processes to employees (payroll, vacations, terminations, etc.). \- HR: Recruitment and selection (posting vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews), delivering onboarding training, monitoring probationary periods, providing feedback, managing organizational climate, collaborating with managers on talent retention, and other duties inherent to the position. Required Knowledge: Intermediate Excel skills, Personnel Department and HR routines.
