Maintenance of cleaning equipment and surface assessment Perform general cleaning and maintenance services in facilities, collect and segregate waste, dilute cleaning products, and carry out all tasks using standard operational tools and procedures provided. 1\. Sanitize utensils and areas; 2\. Refill drinking fountains in designated areas; 3\. Select cleaning machines, products, and materials; 4\. Assess the type of surface to be cleaned, degree of soiling, and type of dirt; 5\. Clean furniture and utensils, countertops, curtains, and blinds; 6\. Maintain cleaning machines under one's responsibility in good working condition; 7\. Remove dirt, wash, sweep, mop, dry surfaces, and vacuum dust from floors, walls, and ceilings in both enclosed and open areas; 8\. Replenish disposable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, cups, soaps, and sanitizing solutions; 9\.
