It offers a wide variety of products and services, with an emphasis on technology and innovation. **Responsibilities:** Document Management: register document inflow and outflow, verify data and dates, distribute documents to recipients, issue documents, and arrange signatures. Document Preparation and Analysis: draft and complete forms, prepare drafts, dispatch official letters and memoranda, verify calculations, and identify irregularities. Materials and Correspondence Control: manage consumables and office supplies, request replenishments, and control dispatch/receipt of mail pouches and correspondence. Internal Customer Service and Support: serve customers and colleagues, provide administrative support, and ensure implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across store processes. Excellence in Customer Service and Loyalty: ensure high-quality service and customer retention, adhering to company guidelines and policies. Security and Organization: maintain order and safety in the workplace, conduct patrols, report anomalies, and comply with occupational safety regulations. Ethical Conduct: follow the Code of Ethics, monitor behaviors, and report non-conformities through the Ethics Channel. Logistics Support and Inventory Control: verify invoices upon product receipt, conduct and assist with inventories, control losses, and ensure inventory accuracy. Product Delivery Assistance: verify and test products with customers, and assist in transporting them to their vehicles, ensuring personalized service. Inventory Storage and Organization: organize products and supplies in the warehouse per SOPs, ensuring item control and integrity. Previous roles such as Sales Assistant, Store Attendant, Sales Consultant, or Store Receptionist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma completed.
