




Job Summary: Responsible for receiving and assisting members, clarifying inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks while maintaining organization and a positive company image. Maintaining the organization and professional image of the reception area **Responsibilities:** * Receive and assist members in person and via telephone/WhatsApp. * Clarify inquiries regarding services, plans, and benefits. * Receive and record payments, issue receipts, and verify amounts. * Maintain organization at the reception area and uphold the company's professional image. * Support administrative tasks and internal requests. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational ability, proactivity, and friendly customer service attitude. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and WhatsApp Web). * Prior customer service experience is a plus. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 1.739,21 * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance: BRL 300.00 per month via Flash card * Unimed Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1.739,21 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Customer service (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
