Ready for a career that delivers greater rewards? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan and assign field technician workloads, monitor and support them during service calls. * Receive, manage inventory, and conduct stock audits. * Support the sorting of card readers and reverse logistics. * Collaborate with field technicians on organizing and executing administrative tasks. * Manage and update service records and technical reports. * Coordinate scheduling of technical visits and equipment logistics. * Serve as the main point of contact between the field team and the central office. * Assist in resolving issues and communicating with customers. * Act as backup for field activities, performing on-site technical visits and support when required. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Proficiency in Excel. * Experience in route planning. * Strong customer service and control skills. **Additional information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also have:** * Prior experience in administrative or technical support roles. * Organizational and time-management skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
