Humanized service delivered with empathy and courtesy **About the Role:** We seek a professional to handle in-person patient service, serving as the primary point of contact between the public and the technical/medical team. This professional will be responsible for ensuring welcoming, organized, and efficient service, contributing to a positive patient experience from arrival through completion of service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person service to patients and their companions * Perform registration, data updates, and system check-in * Guide patients and clarify questions regarding appointments and procedures * Request and verify authorizations from health insurance providers, including SUS * Support appointment scheduling and management * Ensure humanized service delivered with empathy and courtesy **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Availability to work on Saturdays * Teamwork skills * Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, especially when serving elderly patients * Calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor when handling diverse situations and demands **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in clinic or hospital reception * Experience handling health insurance authorizations * Familiarity with medical practice management/scheduling systems (e.g., Doctor's) * Proficiency in administrative routines within the healthcare sector **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM **or** 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.600,00 \- R$1.621,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
