Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring material quality in civil construction projects, training teams, interpreting project documents, preparing technical reports, and managing technological control. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure material quality at various stages of civil construction. 2. Manage technological control of construction projects and support the Engineering team. 3. Interpret project documents, prepare technical reports, and propose solutions. Description: * Completed High School Education * Technical Course in Building Construction, Civil Construction, or Civil Engineering * Prior experience in the field is desirable * Driver's License Category B * Ensure material quality used in the production of the final product as a whole. E.g.: concrete, CBUQ, special pavements, embankment bodies, cuts, retaining structures, and TSS/TSD/TST; * Train, recruit, and align professionals with the company's policy regarding technological control of construction projects; * Interpret project notes and verify their compatibility with applicable specifications and standards; * Prepare technical reports on potential design errors, as well as inspections and construction procedures; * Discuss the contractor's procedures and implement appropriate solutions in accordance with procedures and regulatory references; * Approve material studies to be used in construction structures; * Arbitrate, develop, and implement guidelines for releasing completed construction services; * Support the Engineering team to ensure compliance with project specifications; * Manage information traceability systems according to project or construction progress; * Be familiar with project documentation and proactively develop procedures for construction control; * Monitor real-time technological control results to generate information relevant to Engineering and construction planning. 2511190202461875753
