**POSITION ALSO OPEN TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES (PCD)** Position: Contract Supervisor Expresso Planalto Expresso Planalto is seeking a Contract Supervisor to monitor and manage operational contracts, ensuring compliance with clauses, deadlines, measurements, and service quality. Key responsibilities: * Verify contract measurements; * Monitor service execution in accordance with the contractual scope; * Ensure compliance with deadlines, clauses, and performance indicators; * Supervise services provided by suppliers and partners; * Maintain direct contact with clients and internal departments; * Support analysis of contractual documents, reports, and controls; * Identify risks and propose process improvements; * Monitor operational demands related to contracts; * Assist in resolving contractual and operational discrepancies; * Prepare reports and present monitoring information. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Contract Management, or related fields; * Experience with contracts, measurements, service supervision, or customer service; * Proficiency in Excel and administrative controls; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical thinking; * Aptitude for negotiation and problem solving.
