Opportunity to work at an agribusiness cooperative **What We Are Looking For:** You will be responsible for managing the maintenance team, prioritizing work orders and assigning them to address preventive or corrective maintenance needs, aiming to avoid process downtime and ensure service quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Here:** * Manage the workshop team; * Control maintenance requests by generating work orders for all services performed both in the workshop and in the field, ensuring organization and proper recordkeeping of service calls; * Assign qualified mechanics to service requests based on the nature of each request; * Monitor completed services by reviewing reports and correcting processes; * Provide technical guidance to the team, preparing them for machine and equipment maintenance and supporting the scheduling of required services; * Prepare service reports and summaries, including cost estimates, failure diagnostics, parts requirements, and cost reports; * Perform complex maintenance services, diagnosing machine and equipment failures and executing repairs either in the workshop or in the field. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need to Have:** * Completed High School education; * Basic computer skills; * Relevant work experience; * Availability to work Monday through Saturday; * People management experience. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Competitive market-based salary; Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Private pension plan; Meal allowance; Profit and results sharing; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; We are **one of the largest cooperatives in Brazil**, and our mission is to provide over **39,000 cooperative members** with the best sustainable and innovative agribusiness solutions.
