The Supply Chain Specialist will work within Network Engineering, focusing on studies, analyses, and implementation of Supply Chain projects for national and international Inbound and Outbound flows across Stellantis plants in South America, contributing to process optimization and reduction of logistics costs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and analyze the feasibility of national and international Inbound and Outbound logistics flow studies;
* Monitor, track, and actively manage and develop Supply Chain projects;
* Foster synergies across internal departments to implement projects;
* Track goals, KPIs, and deliverables of the Supply Chain area;
* Contribute to new project initiatives aimed at process optimization and cost reduction;
* Participate in Global BID activities and readiness for new vehicle models;
* Develop and implement packaging projects, improve container utilization, and redesign logistics routes;
* Lead logistics cost mitigation initiatives, such as waiting time, demurrage, air freight, and new vehicle distribution flows.
**Requirements:** **We expect you to have:**
* Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or Logistics;
* Knowledge of logistics flows and production systems;
* Experience in project management;
* Knowledge of finance applied to Supply Chain;
* Advanced-level English.
**Additional qualifications that would be advantageous:**
* Experience in innovation applied to Supply Chain;
* Experience working on projects involving multiple plants;
* Cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics Engineering, Product, Finance, and Customs.
