Our vision is to become the largest and best variety retail chain with low prices in Latin America by 2030, inspired by the Dollar Store model. **Job Description:** We seek a manager who acts as a true “owner” of the store—capable of managing both processes and people in alignment with our strategy and standards, while also embodying the values we uphold. Providing warm, high-quality customer service and maintaining immaculate stores has always been part of our legacy. Thus, the primary mission of a 1A99 store manager is to ensure a welcoming and well-organized environment where customers can discover their favorite finds. **Responsibilities:** * Recruit and select new talent for the team; * Conduct onboarding for new employees; * Deliver technical training to the team; * People management (development, shift scheduling, timekeeping, etc.); * Analyze performance and develop action plans to achieve targets; * Ensure achievement of goals; * Maintain store presentation and organization per established standards; * Manage and organize inventory per established standards; * Monitor and control product losses and expiration dates; * Ensure communication and coordination with corporate departments. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program; * Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail, or 6 months’ experience as a store supervisor; * Leadership; * Commitment; * Empathy; * Emotional intelligence; * Strategic vision; * Flexibility; * Communication skills; * Influence. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * ➕ Ben\-up (subscription-based benefits platform); * Flexible benefits; * Family benefit (monthly amount allocated for purchases at our stores); * Dental plan; * Life insurance; * PLR \- Profit Sharing Plan based on results. **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating 6-day workweek with 1 day off; * Intermediate level Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
