Collaborative work environment **Position: Procurement / Bidding Analyst** We are looking for a Procurement/Bidding Analyst to prospect suppliers, analyze proposals, participate in bidding processes, and monitor strategic procurement activities. We seek a well-organized professional with keen attention to detail and the ability to conduct negotiations efficiently. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers * Analyze commercial proposals and technical conditions * Monitor purchase orders and delivery deadlines * Prepare documentation for bidding processes * Participate in electronic and in-person public auctions (pregões) * Update supplier registrations and maintain organized documentation per tender requirements * Prepare comparative charts and monitoring reports * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies is a plus) * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication * Basic knowledge of procurement and administrative routines * Fundamental computer and spreadsheet proficiency **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with bidding processes and public auctions (pregões) * Familiarity with platforms such as ComprasNet, BLL, LicitaNet, and similar systems * Ability to perform technical analysis of tender documents (editais) * Negotiation skills **What We Offer:** * Training and technical support * Collaborative work environment * Opportunity for growth in procurement and bidding Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.596,23 \- R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Free parking * Transportation allowance
