The Chronic Pain Reference Center provides comprehensive, specialized care to patients at risk of or suffering from pain, including triage, assessment, pharmacological treatment indication and delivery, adjunctive therapies, and group therapies. The center offers interdisciplinary care to meet the growing demand of patients with chronic painful conditions and contributes to improving these citizens’ quality of life. It also engages in health prevention and promotion activities, supporting rational drug use, enhancing specialist-led care quality, and promoting comprehensive health care. **Responsibilities and Duties** Prepare periodic reports in accordance with institutional guidelines and regulatory agencies’ requirements, ensuring compliance with sanitary legislation and current regulations governing medications. Participate in organizing and operating the pharmacy service, training and supervising staff on technical, administrative, and legal aspects, as well as guiding users and multidisciplinary teams on medication use and access. Monitor medication request, dispensing, and access workflows—including those under clinical protocols, specialized components, and non-standardized items—ensuring communication with the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and other involved departments. Contribute to developing, implementing, and supervising Standard Operating Procedures and the Waste Management Plan, guaranteeing appropriate disposal of medications. Supervise logistical activities, including control, storage, dispensing, inventory, temperature control, and expiration date management of medications, using computerized systems and monitoring performance indicators to ensure adequate supply and product quality. Support institutional services such as Customer Service (SAC) and Ombudsman Office, acting in accordance with management directives, protocols, and applicable legislation. Carry out departmental/sectoral activities following instructions from the immediate supervisor and institutional standardization procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; Enrolled in postgraduate studies beginning from the 2nd semester or having completed at least 25% of total course hours in one or more of the following areas: Clinical Pharmacy, Hospital Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Care, Public Health, Family Health Strategy, or Multiprofessional Residency in Health; Active registration with the respective Professional Council; Minimum of six (6) months of documented experience as a Pharmacist in the health sector. **Additional Information** Location: Perus/Pirituba Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 **(40 hours)** **SPDM – Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina** is a nonprofit, philanthropic civil association, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility—respectively by Decrees No. 57,925 dated 03/04/1966, No. 40,103 dated 05/17/1962, and No. 8,911 dated 07/30/1970.
