We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed today. **Objective:** Senior Procurement Contracts Specialist. **Responsibilities:** General purpose of the role: Manage one or more unlimited-dollar-value subcontracts to ensure subcontractors fully comply with company and project requirements. Extensive experience is required, particularly in typical subcontracting activities within the mining, engineering, and construction industries, as well as the ability to negotiate subcontracts effectively. Willingness to travel to subcontractor sites when necessary and computer literacy are required. Additional technical information: Identify, solicit, and select reliable contractors to supply consulting, specialty, and construction services to support project execution. Negotiate terms and conditions, prepare contracts, monitor contractor performance and service delivery to meet objectives. Provide agreed-upon approvals and supporting documentation for invoice payments to ensure required services are delivered to Worley and its clients. Global-level details A senior-level position requiring advanced knowledge and depth or breadth of specialized experience, achieving mastery in a single area or multiple broader areas of specialization. Decision-making: Plans and leads work, and may supervise self and others. Capable of leading project teams. May participate in cross-functional collaboration. Supervision received: Works with self-initiated interaction with supervisor and self-initiated technical guidance. General tasks assigned at the start of projects. Work is assigned in terms of objectives, relative priorities, and critical areas affecting other units’ work. Work is reviewed to ensure policy compliance and soundness of approaches. Informed guidance is available. Communication: Strong ability to report on and persuade regarding complex matters through preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations, and reports, as well as collaboration with stakeholders and management. Systems, Processes Tools: Solid understanding of systems, processes, and tools related to the field. Capable of assisting others and troubleshooting issues. **Requirements:** Typical qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Typically, 7+ years of relevant experience. Advanced English (preferred).
