Together, we lead the way to make mining and construction more sustainable. **Join our team!** **Your Mission:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, or electronic) either at the company’s workshop or at the customer’s premises. **Location:** Paracatu, Minas Gerais **Responsibilities:** * Understand reading and interpretation of technical drawings and company product catalogs, verifying data correspondence through physical inspection of equipment, observing aspects related to assembly, disassembly, manufacturing, and maintenance; * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment, either at the company’s workshop or at the customer’s facilities—including disassembly, cleaning, component replacement, and reassembly—as well as proposing technical and operational solutions to prevent excessive wear or frequent breakdowns; * Calibrate tools using operational simulations, as well as torque capacity tests, verifying desired levels for each test and performing necessary adjustments to ensure operational performance; * Prepare technical reports detailing probable occurrences such as component failure or premature wear, or incorrect maintenance or operational procedures, sending them to the customer and proposing process improvements; * Analyze and inspect equipment for maintenance, assessing the overall condition of the equipment and each component, identifying parts requiring replacement, estimating service life, and forwarding this information to the responsible department for preparing and submitting quotations to the customer; * Conduct predictive maintenance on equipment, prepare inspection reports, and generate backlogs when required; * Support customer planning and execution meetings for maintenance activities. **Responsibilities under the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality Management System:** * Comply with the Integrated Management System and Quality Policy and related documents; * Know and respect the registers of aspects, impacts, hazards, and risks; * Stay updated on procedures and instructions applicable to your routine; * Comply with the company’s safety regulations. **Competencies:** * Completed high school education; * Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Electromechanical Engineering; * Minimum 3 years’ experience maintaining drilling and transportation equipment; * Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft tools; * Preferred: Experience in process improvement. **Your Profile:** * Commitment; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Customer focus; * Results orientation; * Innovative mindset; * Organized; * Proactive; * Teamwork capability; * Flexibility to respond to emergency situations; * Ability to comply with company and safety regulations and procedures. **Everything starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals to enable the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must develop to serve a growing population.
