Focused on innovation, the company aims to deliver high-quality services to meet its customers' needs. **Responsibilities:** Support the technical leader of the Center of Excellence (CoE) in setting goals, planning, and leading team activities. Organize and conduct CoE meetings, tracking action plans and activity progress. Monitor and support resolution of calibration- and control-related issues. Develop and enhance MATLAB tools and use ETAS INCA in calibration activities. Contribute to continuous improvement of calibration processes and reduction of warranty failures. Support CoE, Controls, and OBD teams in developing solutions, software modifications, and vehicle diagnostics. Manage the vehicle fleet used for OBD testing. Previous experience as a Product Engineer, Calibration Specialist, Quality Analyst, or Product Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
