We are looking for a Store Assistant to join our outstanding Lojas Renner team! The Store Assistant’s mission is to place the customer first—both in sales and in the sales completion process—with full commitment to exceeding their needs and delivering effective solutions that delight and enchant them. **Responsibilities and duties** * Delight customers throughout the sales process by providing assistance whenever necessary; * Support customers during purchase completion; * Handle cash receipts and perform cash register opening and closing; * Offer financial services such as credit cards and installment plans; * Process returns and exchanges; * Perform daily restocking and organization tasks within the assigned department; * Assist with labeling products in stock with prices and codes; * Assist customers in fitting rooms to deliver the best possible shopping experience; * Organize sales areas and store windows according to merchandising standards; * Encourage customers leaving the store to share feedback on their service experience via the Encantômetro; * Provide general public service. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Passion for customer service; * Availability to work on weekends; * Affinity with fashion; * Proficiency with digital tools. **Additional information** **Learn about our benefits!** * Check eligibility for your position.
