Job Summary: Act as an IT liaison, identify solutions, monitor costs, manage projects, and ensure continuity of IT and Telecommunications operations. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure and monitor the lifecycle of IT and Telecommunications equipment Junior Site IT BP Analyst position for deployment at the Juiz de Fora \- MG power plant * Act as the IT team's liaison with the client, understanding their needs and directing them to the appropriate responsible parties; * Identify new IT solutions that can add value to business processes; * Monitor the IT costs of the operational unit to ensure actual consumption and take action in case of deviations (Capex and Opex); * Track service requests and incidents opened in the company's formal tools to prevent deviations from agreed service levels with the client; * Manage projects and infrastructure investments in IT according to the client's needs; * Ensure and monitor the lifecycle of IT and Telecommunications equipment; * Understand, guide, and act as the IT infrastructure liaison for Systems and Business demands. * Ensure operation, monitoring, and continuity of IT and Telecommunications processes;
