




Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring the physical-financial aspects of construction projects, with a focus on optimizing schedules and Lean processes. Involvement in implementing Lean culture on construction sites Description: * Education: Civil Engineering, Civil Production Engineering, or related fields; * MS Project for physical\-financial monitoring of construction projects; * Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills; * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; * Experience in assessing physical progress, managing constraints, and developing action plans; * Understanding of construction sequencing for vertical residential projects. * Development, refinement, updating, and control of physical project schedules in MS Project; * Implementation and execution of Last Planner System (LPS) routines, including long-term, medium-term (Look Ahead), and short-term planning; * Constraint management and monitoring; * Facilitation of collaborative planning meetings; * Analysis of PPC (Percent of Planned Actions Completed) and root causes of non-compliance; * On-site physical progress monitoring and review via production reports; * Assessment and analysis of schedule and productivity deviations; * Development and tracking of action plans in coordination with support areas (Engineering, Procurement, Development, and Construction); * Standardization of procedures and implementation of best practices in planning and control; Support for Lean culture implementation on construction sites. * 2512170202551922811
