More than developing trustworthy products, we build an environment where every employee has the opportunity to achieve their best, contributing to our shared success journey.  **We are hiring:** TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT **Responsibilities:** Support the organization, execution, and control of departmental training activities, including attendance lists, training materials, and records; Conduct factory tours for visitors and new employees, presenting facilities, production processes, and safety regulations; Assist in implementing institutional and promotional programs, supporting logistics, materials, and schedules; Maintain, update, and organize departmental technical records, documents, and information; Support issuance, tracking, and management of orders, promotional items, materials, and administrative requests for the department; Monitor technical indicators, results, and reports, supporting data consolidation for management decision-making; Assist in administrative and fiscal processes, including document verification, invoices, and expense analysis; Update technical content, materials, and information across systems, platforms, and departmental channels; Support research, data collection, and comparative analysis to aid departmental decision-making; Assist in organizing, formatting, and reviewing technical content and materials to ensure standardization; Track deadlines, administrative pending items, contracts, and operational demands of the technical department; Support onboarding of new employees, procurement requests, and resource management for the department.
