#### **About the position:** We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to join our team and serve as a fundamental pillar in supporting unit management. The professional will assist the Manager in daily operations, lead and develop the team, ensure excellence in customer service, and actively contribute to achieving the company's goals and results. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking professional growth in a challenging and collaborative environment. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Assist the Manager in managing and supervising the unit’s daily operations, ensuring organization and smooth functioning. * Lead, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. * Train new employees and monitor team performance. * Ensure excellence in customer service, resolving any issues and striving for complete customer satisfaction. * Monitor performance and sales metrics, proposing and implementing actions to achieve targets. * Manage inventory, conduct stock counts, and assist with product replenishment orders. * Ensure compliance with internal company policies and procedures. * Open and close the cash register, perform cash withdrawals and reconciliations, when necessary. * Manage conflicts and mediate situations between customers and staff, seeking effective solutions. * Substitute for the Manager during absences, assuming full responsibility for unit management. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Proven experience in leadership or team management roles, preferably within the company’s business segment. * Ability to lead, motivate, and develop people. * Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills. * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). #### **Desirable qualifications (advantage):** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Knowledge of management systems (ERP, POS). * Prior experience in food retail.
