We’re looking for a Junior UX Designer to join our team and help us build innovative, user-centered digital products!** **Responsibilities:** * **UX Project Support:** Collaborate with designers, developers, and product owners to create user-centered solutions. * **Research Participation:** Assist in preparing and conducting usability tests, interviews, and behavioral analysis. * **User Flow and Journey Mapping:** Contribute to defining user flows and customer journeys, identifying improvement opportunities. * **Interface Design:** Help build clear, accessible, and consistent interfaces, following design guidelines and best practices. **Requirements:** * Some prior experience or academic projects/portfolio in UX. * Basic knowledge of tools such as **Figma**, **Sketch**, or **Adobe XD**. Familiarity with user research and usability testing. * Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback. * Ability to work collaboratively and support project activities. * Genuine interest in design and in creating digital experiences that simplify users' lives.
