Within a gaming and online betting ecosystem, the **Data \& Analytics Product Owner** will be responsible for transforming data into strategic business products and insights. They will ensure governance, scalability, and performance of data solutions, supporting decision-making with high-impact, high-quality, and predictable deliverables. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Define and prioritize the Data \& Analytics backlog, aligned with strategic objectives. * Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. * Plan and track releases, ensuring on-time delivery and expected quality. * Act as a bridge between business, technology, and stakeholders, ensuring continuous alignment. * Monitor product metrics (adoption, usage, value delivered) and guide prioritization decisions. * Participate in and facilitate agile ceremonies (Planning, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective). * Ensure quality standards, governance, and user experience in data products. ### **Requirements** * Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in agile environments. * Hands-on experience managing backlogs and applying agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Knowledge of Data \& Analytics: Data Warehouse, Data Lake, ETL/ELT, BI, and basic SQL. * Strong analytical ability, strategic vision, and effective communication with multiple stakeholders. * Product Ownership certification and experience with digital platforms (games, fintech, or iGaming) are desirable.
