Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Design Intern for the Hardware Research and Development sector, focused on designing 3D products and analyzing materials. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a ***Mechanical Design Intern*** for the ***Hardware Research and Development*** sector, with the following skills: I. Design 3D products using SolidWorks software. A. Specify materials. B. Measure existing components. C. Research and verify improvements to internal and external (market) existing products. D. Analyze dimensional and geometric simulations. II. Understand types of materials, their strengths and behaviors, including metals, polymers, and composites. III. Generate files for laser cutting machines and 3D printers used in prototype fabrication. IV. Analyze product assembly methods. A. Guide assembly methods and tasks for creating work instructions. B. Monitor assembly of new products at the factory. C. Create operational jigs. V. Create product registration sheets resulting from projects, including all embedded structures and cost identification. VI. Develop mechanical product datasheets through technical drawings, specifying the developed product's characteristics and functionalities. * **Stipend and Benefits** - Stipend + Transportation Allowance (paid via CAJU flexible benefits card, convertible to fuel) + Meal/food allowance of R$ 40.00/day (paid via CAJU flexible benefits card); * **Working Hours** - Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day (positions available for morning and afternoon shifts); * **Technical Requirement** - Student currently enrolled in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics Engineering or Mechanical/Industrial Design Technical programs or related fields, *with prior knowledge of SOLID WORKS.* * **Duration** - 1-year contract * **Roboflex Location:** Santa Inês neighborhood, Belo Horizonte, MG (right next to the Santa Inês Metro Station) Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$1.621,00 per month Benefits: * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have any experience with SolidWorks?
