




Job Summary: Professional to operate printing machines, perform quality control, handle materials and equipment, and maintain workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and quality control in printing processes. 2. Handling and maintenance of printing equipment. 3. Organization and cleaning of the workplace. · Receive raw materials; · Inspect substrates (paper, film, rubber or acrylic adhesive, width, etc.). · Inspect finishing materials (gloss and matte lamination, gloss and matte varnish, solvent for Ribbon printing). · Complete quality control forms for the printing process (Anchorage Report, Sampling Report, Sampling Report); · Clean and properly handle the anilox roll; · Perform splicing on adhesive raw material / adjustment material; · Work systematically following departmental Work Instructions (ITMs); · Assemble, use, and properly maintain the Doctor Blade; · Properly drain inks and UV varnish / water-based varnish without risk of contamination; use appropriate solvents for cleaning; · Conduct liner testing; · Correctly position printed rolls; · Assess ink/varnish/adhesive levels in carts for replenishment (type and quantity); · Maintain cleanliness, disassembly, and storage of clichés; · Perform service changes (Set Up); · Waste separation and organization; · Keep the area clean and organized; · Perform adjustments to release production; · Print and enter data into the control system; · Sign relevant control documents and checklists.
