Job Summary: Assist in carrying out civil construction activities, supporting preliminary services, earthworks, structural work, and finishing, in compliance with safety regulations and company guidelines. Focus on safety regulations and workplace organization **Description:** Assist in performing civil construction-related activities following instructions and procedures established by the immediate supervisor. Support preliminary services such as demolitions, debris removal, and site clearing, as well as earthwork tasks including excavation and compaction. Contribute to constructing retaining walls, shoring systems, and foundations; assist in masonry work such as wall and base erection and maintenance; prepare and organize formwork and reinforcement for concrete pouring; support installation of drainage, sewage, and water supply systems; assist in applying finishes such as floor and tile laying; perform maintenance and minor repairs on civil structures; keep tools and machinery clean and in proper working condition; ensure site organization and cleanliness; observe safety, health, quality, and hygiene standards in all activities; perform duties aligned with company values and policies, including the Code of Ethics and Conduct; assist in other related functions as directed by the immediate supervisor; ensure correct use of civil construction materials and tools.
