




Job Summary: The professional will conduct detailed inspections of properties, documenting conditions and issues, preparing inspection reports, testing functionalities, and interacting with clients as well as following up on inspection disputes. Main Functions and Responsibilities * **Detailed Inspection:** Conduct technical visits to properties, meticulously analyzing each environment, structure (walls, floors, ceilings), finishes (painting, claddings), installations (electrical, plumbing), and additional items (furniture, appliances). * **Photographic Documentation:** Take high-quality photographs to record general conditions and details of damages or issues, attaching\-them to the inspection report. * **Report Preparation:** Prepare inspection reports with detailed descriptions, using checklists and specialized software, focusing on the property’s current condition. * **Functional Testing:** Verify proper operation of faucets, valves, electrical outlets, doorbells, intercoms, doors, windows, and appliances. * **Damage Documentation:** Identify, locate, and document the severity of any damage, wear, or irregularity found. * **Communication:** Interact with property owners, tenants, or buyers to clarify doubts and mediate situations. * **Types of Inspections:** Conduct entry, exit, periodic, and purchase/sale inspections, comparing the property’s condition across different stages. * **Return for technical visits to follow up on inspection disputes with the client in a timely manner.** * **Driver's License \- Category B** Job Type: Part-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Up to R$1\.354,55 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
