The inspector role plays a fundamental part at Rede Vistorias, as it directly executes the inspection service. The inspection team forms the foundation of Rede Vistorias and represents the transformation of expectations into reality within the real estate market. Key responsibilities of this role include: conducting efficient, accurate, and reliable inspections of commercial and residential real estate assets—both new and used—by analyzing their features and conditions of conservation/functionality; identifying and observing materials, finishes, electrical and hydraulic installations, furniture, and other property items; testing equipment, identifying damages, and verifying functionality and general environmental conditions; during exit inspections, performing meticulous comparisons against reports and documentation; recording captured information as detailed text accompanied by photos for report generation via a tablet application; verifying repairs and discrepancies; delivering training and mentoring to new inspectors. 2511080202181284434
