




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for interpreting and performing maintenance tasks, maintaining tools and equipment, and carrying out hydraulic and sanitary repairs, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance, always adhering to safety standards. Teamwork and focus on safety. **Job Description:** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance, Health Insurance (after probation period) **Responsibilities:** * Interpret and perform tasks according to Service Orders (SO), recording the history of completed activities. * Prepare, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment used in service work. * Record in the system: service time, parts used, and equipment registration. * Perform repairs on sanitary ware and metal fixtures, cold and hot water supply systems, sewage systems, and rainwater systems, including pipe welding services. * Carry out hydraulic and sanitary installations, as well as unclogging and leak/infiltration detection. * Monitor medical gas supply and cylinder replacement—especially CO2 cylinders—and perform repairs when necessary. * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance according to the established schedule. * Maintain equipment and materials under their responsibility. * Comply with safety regulations, correctly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and observing company policies and applicable legislation. **Requirements:** * Completed Elementary Education * Experience in Painting and Plastering * Concentrated attention and commitment to safety. * Organization and discipline in task execution. * Ability to solve problems promptly and responsibly. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to perform operational tasks and work collaboratively. * Availability for external assignments at client sites Job Type: Permanent CLT Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
