Value the present and eternalize life memories alongside us. **Main Responsibilities:** Responsible for assisting in the preservation, preventive, and corrective maintenance of building facilities, ensuring the proper operation of electrical, hydraulic, masonry, painting, and other general infrastructure services. * Perform minor repairs on electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations; * Support the maintenance of lighting, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; * Supervise painting, masonry, and minor structural repair work; * Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs; * Assist in assembling and disassembling furniture and equipment; * Support cleaning and organization of technical and maintenance areas; * Respond to internal maintenance requests and record performed activities; * Follow occupational safety regulations and use PPE when required. **Education:** Completed Elementary School (High School preferred) **Experience:** Prior experience in building maintenance or similar roles. Basic knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, and painting.
