Job Summary: Performs maintenance services in plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and electrical work for building preservation and facility upkeep. Key Highlights: 1. Minor electrical maintenance services Performs plumbing, carpentry, and masonry services, including replacing, cleaning, swapping, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment; performs minor electrical maintenance services (e.g., replacing lamps and ballasts); and carries out other tasks for building maintenance and preservation and their installations. Requirements: ? Employment Type: CLT (formal employment contract). ? Remuneration: R$ 2.144,90 + hazard pay.
