Job Summary: A civil maintenance professional responsible for preventive and corrective services in masonry, finishes, construction work, and painting, as well as general support for corporate buildings. Experience in civil and hydraulic maintenance preferred Perform civil maintenance services—preventive and corrective—including repairs to masonry, finishes, minor construction work, and painting, as well as providing general support for maintenance activities in corporate buildings. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic networks and hydrosanitary systems, painting, carpentry, joinery, locksmithing, and masonry, according to area of qualification.
