Job Summary: Senior construction professional for supervision, analysis, and proposal of technical solutions within a hospital network, with emphasis on quality and communication. Key Highlights: 1. Constant interface and communication with teams and supervision * Temporary Contract \- Immediate Start, initial duration of 6 months * Experienced professional (senior level) in construction, preferably renovation experience. Technical Degree in Construction * Proven work experience documented in employment record book (CTPS). * Residency in Nova Lima or nearby cities \- Belo Horizonte * Work within a Hospital Network. Completed Technical Degree in Building Construction Job Description: * Assist in drafting tender documents and supplementary documentation for construction contract awards. * Analyze architectural projects and installation projects such as electrical and hydraulic systems. * Analyze service measurement reports. * Analyze and validate construction daily logs. * Propose technical solutions for field services. * Possess strong communication skills to interface effectively with hospital teams. * Attend weekly meetings with the contracted party. * Supervise service quality on site. * Conduct daily site inspections and surrounding area checks to monitor service progress. * Verify whether construction is being executed in accordance with approved plans. * Monitor procurement and delivery of materials belonging to RDSL. * Hold daily meetings with supervision to exchange and obtain project information, ensuring constant communication. * Proficiency in Excel, Word, and use of websites and applications required for construction activities.
