Organization, responsibility, and ability to work in a team We currently have an open position for a **Building Maintenance Semi-Skilled Worker**, to support routine building maintenance activities, ensuring the preservation and proper functioning of facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Support building maintenance services (electrical, plumbing, masonry, and painting) * Perform minor repairs and adjustments to facilities * Assist in maintaining internal and external areas * Identify maintenance needs and report them to the responsible person * Comply with safety regulations and workplace organization standards **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a building maintenance semi-skilled worker or in similar roles * Basic knowledge of building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and civil) * Organization, responsibility, and commitment * Ability to work effectively in a team **Salary and Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Meal allowance: BRL 16.50 per day (no deductions) * Food basket * Transportation allowance (VT) or flexible fuel allowance * Hapvida health insurance plan * Bradesco dental insurance plan * Life insurance * Wellhub * Collaborative work environment and growth opportunities Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
