Job Summary: Bobcat mini-loader operator to perform paving, earthworks, and construction support tasks, including material handling and distribution, and assisting with site preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Operate a Bobcat mini-loader for paving and earthworks 2. Handle, load, and distribute asphalt, gravel, soil, and waste 3. Maintain and clean the equipment **Work location: BR 153 highway section; candidate must have easy access to the site.** **Main Responsibilities** · Operate the **Bobcat mini-loader** for paving, earthworks, and construction front-line support. · Handle, load, and distribute materials such as **asphalt, gravel, soil, and waste**. · Assist in site preparation for asphalt application. · Perform initial leveling and compaction of surfaces as directed by the technical team. · Ensure **equipment maintenance and cleanliness**, conducting daily pre-use inspections. · Report potential equipment faults or repair needs to maintenance personnel. · Comply with occupational **safety, environmental, and quality standards**. · Support other operational construction activities as required.
