Product storage and inventory control Cut, season, package, weigh, and label meats. Maintain cleanliness and preservation of the work area, equipment, and utensils, adhering to sanitary surveillance regulations and good handling practices. Store products correctly in cold rooms and manage inventory, always observing expiration dates. Comply with occupational safety regulations and properly use the PPE provided by the company. Experience in meat handling, cutting, and food processing is a plus.
