Conduct patrols and maintain sector organization DESCRIPTION * Monitor and ensure the safety of the packaging process. * Comply with safety standards and participate in Safety Committee Meetings (DSS). * Apply 5S, GMP, and HACCP standards in the production area. * Follow daily schedules and leadership instructions. * Conduct good manufacturing practice patrols and control critical points. * Maintain a critical perspective and record sector specifications. * Use personal protective equipment and perform tasks in an organized manner. * Assist in equipment and utensil preparation and cleaning. * Complete forms and report deviations to immediate management.
