Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant to perform food preparation, organization and sanitation of the department, carrying out various kitchen-related tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and sanitation of the department **DUTIES PERFORMED:** * Assist chefs with general kitchen activities (lunch, dinner, snacks, juices, desserts); * Check expiration dates and label supplies; * Pre-preparation and portioning of raw food items; * Participate in the department’s sanitation schedule; * Perform *mise-en-place*; * Clean work surfaces and equipment; * Prepare side dishes and appetizers; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:** * Salary: R$ 1.575,00 (formal employment contract) * Bonus: R$ 170,00 * Meal allowance (after probation period): R$ 231,00 * On-site meals * 30% employer contribution toward health and dental plans * Scheduled day off during birthday month * Psychological support sessions **WORK SCHEDULE:** 2:50 PM to 11:00 PM – Rotating 6x1 schedule (1 weekly day off + 1 Sunday per month) Requirements and Qualifications **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience in this role * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Handling * Responsibility, proactivity, and commitment * Availability to work flexible hours.
