Job Description We are looking for a **Buyer** to work in the company's procurement department, responsible for purchasing parts, contracting services, analyzing budgets and quotations, comparing prices, and negotiating with suppliers. The candidate must be highly organized, possess strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to handle operational demands, suppliers, and spreadsheet-based controls. Key Responsibilities * Request quotations and purchase parts, materials, supplies, and services required for company operations; * Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers; * Compare prices, delivery timelines, payment terms, and product or service quality; * Analyze received quotations and present optimal purchasing options; * Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms; * Track purchase orders through to final delivery; * Control purchase requests and maintain organized records; * Support the contracting of third-party services, maintenance, transportation, machinery, equipment, and other company needs; * Ensure purchases align with the budget and actual operational requirements; * Maintain communication with requesting departments to understand priorities and technical specifications; * Prepare reports and maintain controls using spreadsheets. Requirements * Prior experience in commercial roles, procurement, supply chain, or service contracting; * Experience negotiating with suppliers; * Proficiency with spreadsheets, especially Excel or Google Sheets; * Ability to analyze quotations and compare prices; * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Good communication skills and professional demeanor; * Knowledge of service, parts, maintenance, machinery, or equipment procurement is considered a plus; * Ability to manage deadlines, pressure, and multiple concurrent demands.
