The Group employs over 19,000 direct collaborators across more than 4,000 stores in 1,780 Brazilian cities.* Join us in creating beauty! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate cellophane wrapping machines according to standard procedures; * Perform autonomous equipment maintenance; * Execute machine setups and tooling changes; * Participate in continuous improvement projects, suggesting process improvements; * Record production data and manage materials on production lines; * Conduct root cause analysis and resolve issues in collaboration with support departments; * Ensure adherence to production plans and compliance with safety and quality standards; * Manage process indicators under the production team’s responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical, technological, or undergraduate degree (in progress or completed) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Experience as a Production Operator; * Availability to work on 1st and 2nd shifts.
