About the Position: What does a Production Operator do? A Production Operator is an essential professional on industrial manufacturing and assembly lines. Their primary function is to ensure production processes run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with established quality standards. Below are the main aspects of a Production Operator’s work. Key Responsibilities: Machine and Equipment Operation; Operates, adjusts, and feeds industrial machines; Performs machine setup (preparation and calibration); Verifies proper operation during production; Assembly and Processing; Performs assembly tasks for parts and products; Monitors the transformation process from raw materials into finished products; Quality Control; Visually and technically inspects manufactured products; Basic Preventive Maintenance; Cleans machines and performs minor adjustments; Reports mechanical issues to the maintenance department; Keeps the workplace clean and organized (5S); Follows industrial safety and hygiene regulations; Your daily routine at H2M will include: Inspecting raw materials for daily orders to ensure compliance; Performing the machine checklist to verify correct operation; Loading machines with raw materials and ensuring products are produced with quality and correct configuration; Calculating optimal distribution of finished products onto pallets and stacking pallets in an organized and efficient manner; Monitoring for machine anomalies and reporting any issues to the supervisor; Stretch-wrapping completed pallets; Operating the stretch film rewinding machine with precision; Monitoring and adjusting the machine to maintain product quality; Recording production data and reporting necessary adjustments or maintenance; Strictly adhering to company safety regulations and guidelines; Using a calculator for required measurements and adjustments; Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of basic calculations for production adjustments.
