Inventory management, order processing, and performance target tracking #### **About the Role:** * Observe and lead operations within the Produce department. Monitor established targets, propose orders, track inventory levels, productivity, and employee performance; supervise verification of all products and merchandise; guide and ensure department cleanliness. #### **Requirements:** High school diploma completed #### **Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor the team to ensure five-star service; * Maintain positive relationships with your team members as well as employees from other departments and supervisors; * Comply with all procedures and regulations required by regulatory authorities; * Maintain proper personal appearance and hygiene; * Take care of all equipment, utensils, and machinery both inside and outside your workplace; * Record attendance according to company procedures; * Ensure inspection, pricing, and organization processes are performed per established procedures; * Verify on-hand product quantities and guide employees on best practices; * Monitor incoming shipments and unloading, inspecting product quality and verifying received goods against delivery notes; * Ensure return of supplier transportation containers; * Guide and ensure counter replenishment according to established standards; * Provide guidance on storage of non-displayed products; * Ensure organization and cleanliness of the Produce department; * Ensure compliance with internal policies; * Report employee absences, medical certificates, and leave requests to the supervisor; * Comply with all procedures and regulations required by regulatory authorities; * Coordinate delivery schedule changes with NL when holidays occur; * Check for product stockouts; * Verify whether placed orders are sufficient; * Consult sales history in the system and place orders as needed; * Place floral orders based on demand and price them; * Ensure proper display and care of displayed plants; * Ensure cleanliness and organization of inventory and sales areas; * Ensure product quality; * Ensure adherence to pre-determined layout; * Train and supervise new employees for daily tasks; * Monitor key products (Category A) to prevent stockouts; * Organize and schedule employee time-off. #### **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Attendance bonus or food basket; * Incentives for achieving targets; * Discounts with distance learning institutions, pharmacies, and other partners; * Shopping discounts; * Transportation allowance; * On-site snacks. #### **Work Schedule:** * Rotating 6-days-on, 1-day-off schedule
