Job Summary: Support mechanics and the workshop team in performing services, ensuring quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with internal policies and safety regulations. Ensure customer well-being during their stay at the workshop **Job Mission** * Support mechanics and other workshop team members in performing services, ensuring quality and efficiency, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty, while adhering to internal policies and occupational health and safety regulations. **Your Daily Responsibilities** * Provide general support to area activities, work autonomously, and comply with instructions and deadlines assigned to your tasks; * Perform initial customer service, completing checklists to assess needs and prepare estimates; * Receive vehicles arriving via towing service, complete checklists, and schedule appointments; * Perform operational support tasks, such as tool organization and tire mounting; * Execute high-quality services within proposed deadlines, in accordance with internal policies and standards; * Ensure customer well-being during their stay at the workshop, directing them to the waiting area, arranging alternative services, among others; * Comply with work norms and procedures, including workstation cleaning, personal hygiene, completion of training courses, and proper use of PPE, among others. **What You Should Have** * Completed high school; * Experience in light vehicle maintenance (desirable); * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Driver's License Category B (mandatory). **Our Benefits:** * Medical and dental plans, meal allowance, life insurance, transportation allowance, pharmacy allowance, Wellhub (Gympass), MediQuo (telemedicine), Chevrolet product and service bonuses, SESC benefits (leisure, hospitality, nutrition, sports), and other partner benefits. **We Are Proud of Our History!** We are the largest Chevrolet dealership network in the interior of Minas Gerais and are seeking new talents to join our team.
